Evacuated Livestock, RV and tent campers are being accepted at the Benton County Fairgrounds. Enter off 53rd Street at the Benton Oaks RV entrance. Livestock trailers, continue on 53rd to stop light at Reservoir and 53rd - follow directions posted there.

The donation site for wildfire relief supplies at the Corvallis-Benton County Library has closed as of 5 p.m. on Monday, September 14.

Benton County was overwhelmed by the gracious outpouring of donations from the community to aid and support wildfire evacuees. Within the first two days of the donation site being opened, the County had reached capacity on certain donated items such as pet food and hay.

Moving forward, donations will be sorted, inventoried and transported to the Benton County Fairgrounds where a distribution site is open to all wildfire evacuees. Surplus donations will be sent to other Counties with an ongoing disaster response, and to relief organizations including Red Cross and United Way.

Vina Moses Center, 968 NW Garfield) will be open to Oregon wildfire evacuees only on Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - noon starting September 14. General shopping (regular patrons and evacuees) is by appointment Monday - Thursday, 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm. Questions? Please call 541-753-1420. Wildfire evacuees from any county are welcome.
