Fair Foundation

The Benton County Fairgrounds Foundation was established in April 1999 for the purpose of preserving the proud agrarian heritage of Benton County with a focus on our youth. The foundation provides a means for funding improvements to the Benton County Event Center & Fairgrounds in order to create an inviting atmosphere as a gathering place for the urban and rural citizens of Benton County.

The Benton County Fairgrounds Foundation is filed a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit corporation with the Federal Government and is subject to pertinent IRS regulations. The Federal Identification Number is: 93-1255130.

Giving Tree

Leave your permanent mark at the fairgrounds! Through your generous donation you can add a personalized leaf to the Giving Tree. Purchasing a leaf is a great opportunity to honor a family member or loved one, pay tribute to a favorite mentor, or celebrate your passion for the fairgrounds. Proceeds from the Giving Tree support the important work of the Fair Foundation.

The Foundation Giving Tree is affixed to a wall inside the Auditorium Building. The raised-relief, wooden tree, is covered in leaves where bronze-colored, silver-colored and gold-colored leaves commemorating or celebrating people are overlaid.

Cash Gifts
Gifts to the Fair Foundation help provide important funding to maintain the buildings and grounds. Cash gifts are the simplest way to maximize the impact of your support for the Fair Foundation.

In-Kind Gifts
