1. Complete the reservation form: Link to Request Meeting Space
Requests need to be made 1 week prior to requested use
2. If your request is approved – you will receive an e-mail from Kelly Cotter, 4-H Office Support Staff.
3. If there is a conflict with date/time of your request, the fairgrounds staff will contact you to see if the request can be modified to work for the 4-H club.
After 4-H Fair – we will connect with contact leaders about a new process to reserve space at the fairgrounds in the future…stay tuned!
